EDITORIAL: More storage could save rain water that we are losing

Over the past month, we saw more evidence of the state's failed water policy. About 100,000 acre-feet of water was sent from Millerton Lake to the ocean because we don't have enough storage capacity. That would be an eight-month supply of water for the city of Fresno. Read more ...
